This business group functions with a degree of autonomy. With operations based in North America and select international locations, this team is known for its technical depth, and commitment to engineering excellence.

The Vice President, Operations, is responsible for direction, strategy, planning and execution of global manufacturing operations. With responsibility for facilities inside Canada and abroad, the VP, Operations oversees the development and production of high-complexity, components, and structures. Reporting to the division lead, this role involves managing multiple high intricacy engineering projects and ensuring seamless operations between the organization’s various divisions.

This includes but is not limited to satisfying customer demand, implementing WCM (lean), and maximizing manufacturing/equipment footprint, overall cost improvements, capacity planning, and optimizing overall inventory levels. Ensures manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all regulatory, industry and customer requirements for safety, cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
