The Opportunity

The Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) will report to the Board of Directors of which the CEO will also be a member. Organigram Global Inc. is at a pivotal moment in its evolution. As Canada’s #1 cannabis company—with the largest indoor grow facility, a strong balance sheet, and a strategic partnership with British American Tobacco (BAT)—Organigram is poised to accelerate its transformation into a global cannabis leader. The incoming CEO will be instrumental in shaping and executing this next chapter.

The company is structurally sound, operationally mature, and strategically aligned. What it now requires is a visionary, high-impact leader who can bring speed, scale, and global ambition to the forefront.

The CEO will have full responsibility for implementing strategic direction and the future growth path of the company as it continues its journey as an industry leader in the cannabis sector. The CEO is specifically charged with the responsibility of managing the strategic and operational agenda of the corporation and for the execution of the directives and policies of the Board.

The Individual

Organigram is seeking a bold, strategic, and globally minded leader who can guide the company through its next phase of growth. This individual will bring a rare combination of vision, operational scale, international experience, and cultural leadership—with the ability to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-evolving industry.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of international expansion, ideally in CPG or adjacent regulated industries. They will understand how to enter and grow in international markets and will be capable of building the infrastructure—both operational and commercial—to support that growth. Experience in launching or scaling global distribution networks, forming strategic partnerships, and managing co-manufacturing relationships will be highly valued.
