Odgers has partnered with a large, asset-intensive organization operating in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment with a significant, long-term capital and infrastructure mandate. The organization delivers complex, multi-year construction and modernization programs across multiple sites and works closely with a broad network of contractors, unions, regulators, and industry partners.

The Vice President, Project and Portfolio Management is accountable for the development and implementation of program delivery, enterprise execution, construction, contract, and quality management programs including governance, oversight and support of major project execution vital to both the immediate or long-term viability of the projects organization.

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction and projects leader with strong capabilities in field execution, quality oversight, contract and vendor management, and labour relations. They excel at building stakeholder relationships, driving continuous improvement, and establishing consistent processes and culture across multiple sites. They bring a strong track record of leading a portfolio of large-scale construction programs, managing complex stakeholder dynamics, and building disciplined construction organizations.
