A successful and entrepreneurial family-owned real estate investment company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team at a pivotal stage of growth and portfolio expansion. The organization owns and manages a diversified portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets and is actively pursuing redevelopment and investment opportunities across key North American markets.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will be a trusted advisor to ownership, providing strategic leadership across finance, investments, capital allocation, treasury, reporting, taxation, and risk management. Working closely with ownership on acquisitions, financing activities, and growth initiatives, the CFO will oversee all core financial functions, monitor portfolio performance, and manage key relationships with lenders, joint venture partners, auditors, and external advisors. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will help guide corporate strategy, capital planning, and long-term value creation.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong academic credentials and a track record of senior financial leadership, ideally within a real estate investment company, family office, or closely held real estate enterprise. They bring deep commercial real estate expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. An effective communicator and relationship builder, they will have the credibility to influence ownership and key stakeholders while thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
